In addition, to enable i2c so you can talk to the
temp/humidity/barometer and lightmeter, uncomment the line

dtparam=i2c_arm=on

in /boot/config.txt

The BME280 is then at 0x76 and the TSL2561 at 0x39 and you can use any
i2c library to talk to them.
