[LCA2019 Chat] Thunderbird, dovecot and imap

Hi all

I have a thunderbird user whose laptop periodically decides to download all
their mailboxes in full for no apparent reasons.  Only the one user sees
this, and it happens roughly once or twice a fortnight.  There is no obvious
trigger.

Thunderbird uses imap to communicate with the mail server, and the imap
server is dovecot.

I would be really interested to talk to anyone who might have some idea as
to why this might be, or things I could check.
