[LCA2019 Chat] LCA Miniconfs

Hello everyone,

We have a fantastic opportunity for more people to present at two of the 
Miniconfs on Monday and Tuesday of LCA 2019.

The two Miniconfs are:
Developer Developer
Open Education

If you, or someone you know, has something interesting you can talk 
about related to development or education please submit a proposal.
The talks/presentations can vary in length from short lightening talks 
to about 45 minutes.
Developer Developer would like talk times of about 20 minutes.
The time may include question time or room change and next presenter 
setup time.

Create an account and login to the dashboard -

Create a "Speaker Profile".
Fill in the proposal form.

There may be other Miniconfs with free presentation spaces as the 
schedules are finalised.
You can check three completed Miniconf schedules on the LCA website now.
