[LCA2019 Chat] Pictures/blog from LCA 2019

Those photos are great - especially those of the miniconf, which I (sigh,
again) didn't get to go to.

I had a bit of a browse around and didn't see their licencing terms - can
you clarify their usage, please? I'm hoping CC-BY-SA or something like that
8-)
