[LCA2019 Chat] Links to videos on conference program pages

This year every talk has 3 video URLs:
LA mirror, archive.org, youtube
I can provide the data, but someone will need to update the site to manage
the data.

getting a test instance of the site up is challenging, mostly because
getting sample data is a bit of work.
