[LCA2019 Chat] Duplicate entries in the ICS file

Folks,

The ICS file contains a number of duplicate entries. See for 
instance this screenshot:

  https://matrix.madduck.net/_matrix/media/v1/download/madduck.net/LzxrfAxmNNviuNZKlzWOCUfF

e.g. UIDs 224 at 2019.linux.conf.au and 252 at 2019.linux.conf.au ? The 
first has LOCATION:C2, and the second has no location.

Why is this? Could someone please fix this?
