[LCA2019 Chat] Free text fields on badges should allow for more characters

Likewise - I used the preview to add some extra spacing to my name to force it on to two lines, I really appreciate it as well!

(Although if magically it was possible to include the 🏳️‍🌈 emoji it'd be awesome, I don't have any suitable stickers to decorate it myself)
