[LCA2019 Chat] Mr Non White Guy for the Open Hardware Miniconf

Hi Grant,

Unfortunately I've been trying to squeeze OHMC prep in around work
obligations, so on the morning that general rego opened I was with a client
and didn't have a chance to send the announcement. By the time I got to my
computer there were already more registrations than we have places, so it
was too late to post to the list.
