[LCA2019 Chat] Open Hardware Miniconf is now over-subscribed, but still looking for diversity ticket recipients

As the subject says :-)

We now have 43 registrations for 32 places, but we're leaving the rego form
open for a while longer in case anyone wants to go on the waiting list.

We also have some fully-paid diversity tickets still held in reserve, so if
you feel that could apply to you, please submit the registration form or
contact Andy or myself directly.
