[LCA2019 Chat] Bikes/scooters to get around Christchurch?

Hey Marc,

For fun, I gave the Lime scooters a go yesterday and I feel they're just 
something else the media likes to exaggerate on. IMHO, the scooters 
aren't the problem, it's people doing silly things. I found it quite 
fun, all you need to do is ease yourself into it until you're 
comfortable on them.

We're not even sure at this point if the scooters will be available come 
LCA2019 because the permit expires the week before.

I'm not sure how available regular bikes will be either:
