[LCA2019 Chat] Home Automation Workshop

Additionally, I am keen to see a homeassistant BoF at LCA this time around.
I've created a placeholder wiki page at
https://2019.linux.conf.au/wiki/HomeAssistant_BoF, but would be interested
in knowing if anyone else would come to such a thing.
